Due to health reasons, I will no longer accept any new orders. If you previously received an order from me and want to reorder, please send me an email using the email address on the "Contact Us" page.
To all customers that have placed larger orders, you will receive your order as soon as possible.
To all other customers that placed smaller orders, if your diapers have not been completed, you will receive a refund. I am giving refunds in the order that payments were received.
For example, If you were the 17th person that paid, your refund will be given 17th. Please be patient as this is a process that takes a bit of time. This is due to some customers receiving their refunds and then claiming that they have not, although I have proof.
OUR POLICIES
When contacting us, please,please be sure to include an email address that you check often and be sure that your email is not full. Please don't assume that we have not responded. We receive numerous "failed delivery of email" notifications when we are trying to respond to emails. Be sure to check your spam/bulk folder also.
Also, if you have a different email address other than the one shown on Paypal, please include it in the "Notes" box upon checkout. This will allow us to be able to communicate with you when necessary. You will receive a response to your message as soon as possible.

A LITTLE NOTE
We do not guarantee that any diapers we sell will not leak. Any diaper will leak if saturated. If Rumpy Cushions had a diaper that was a perfect fit for every baby, that would be a miracle!!! Babies come in various shapes and sizes. A diaper may work great for one baby but not the next. That is pretty routine with any diaper. But, we want our customers to be happy and we are willing to work with you to make the best of any situation. You may even see a small stitch imperfection somewhere, but it will not affect the way the diaper works.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
**ALL sales are final. No refunds can be given.** NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
Items sold as "seconds" can not be returned for any repairs and are sold "AS IS". The following policies DO NOT apply to items purchased as "seconds".
Defects of materials, stitches, workmanship will be repaired for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. A stitch imperfection is NOT considered a defect. A defect must affect the performance of the item. Please contact us prior to returning an item for repair. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will pay to return the item to you. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Please put delivery confirmation on all items that you are returning to us.
Damage due to improper washing, dyeing, cutting or any other alterations voids this policy immediately. If you remove a stitch, please don't ask us to repair.
Wash any diapers and/or covers alone and in cold water the first few washes to avoid bleeding onto other items/clothing and to minimize shrinkage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged for bleeding fabric. A care sheet will be included with all orders.
Items are not returnable simply because it is not liked since we make items specifically as you request them. We don't allow "sampling" of our products and then give refunds. So, please choose your items with care. Sorry. If you would like a different product, you will need to place a new order.
We allow exchanges only if we send you the wrong size by accident. The items still must be unused and unwashed. If you are unsure of your babys size, then please send us the measurements FIRST.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO CHANGE OUR POLICIES. A FEW BAD APPLES HAVE CAUSED US TO HAVE TO PUT SOME GUIDELINES IN PLACE.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
PAYMENTS
We accept Google Checkout, Paypal and US postal money order. If you would like to place an order using a money order or Paypal, please email us first. We will then contact you with more information. No personal checks will be accepted by mail.
LAYAWAY
You must pay your layaway payments on time. 25% of the order total has to be pre-paid. The balance will then be split into 3 payments. If you cannot make a payment on time, please contact us immediately since we reserve items that are needed to make your order. Items are not shipped until the final payment has been made. Any payments made into layaway,are non-refundable.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our current shipping time is 3-4 weeks. It depends on the size of your order. Turnaround times are not guaranteed, but an estimate. Your order will be shipped via USPS. If the post office attempts to deliver your package or you do not pick up your package from the post office, we will NOT be responsible for the items. If you are a local customer, your order can be made and delivered/shipped within one week. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Insurance may be purchased if this is a concern to you.
WAITING LIST
On occassion, there may be a waiting list for making and shipping diapers.These items are handmade and do take some time to finish. If this is the case, we will let you know how long it will take us to make your diapers and ship them.

We will never share your information with anyone. We respect your privacy. We don't share names,personal information, email address, or any information pertaining to you or your order.
